Smart Packaging - Beware!

I ordered a pack of 200 labels from smartpackagingstore.co.uk on the 15th August. A week later I had still not received them, I was told by email that they didn't actually have the item in stock but they would have some a week later and send them out. Two weeks later still no labels, I emailed them asking for a refund on the 8th September but as yet have not received it, in fact they have completely stopped replying to my emails, there's no point calling them, no one ever answers.

I have found some other bad reviews for this company and I would advise anyone to steer clear.

They would have upto 30 days to issue a refund.

After this time has elapsed - it depends on how much you paid and by what method.

If Credit / Debit card and below £100 - then ask the Bank / Card Company to do a Chargeback for goods not received.
