Red Spotted Hanky

I bought a train ticket with Red Spotted Hanky for collection at the train station.I paid fully for the ticket using a voucher.To collect the ticket at the station,they say I need a credit card which I used together with a booking reference.What do I do if I did not use a card?Thanks for any help.

You can use any debit or credit card in this situation.

You'll still need the booking reference though.
