That will help me with running multiple projects concurrently.

I've only just signed up so I'm guessing I have a bit of a wait ahead of me - when did you sign up ?
I currently use :
Outlook
https://www.essentialpim.com - which is pretty good - especially as you can use it for stuff it wasn't really designed for - e.g. I use the contacts bit to log my Video collection
and playing around with Google calendar - like that you can get reminders sent to you via SMS :j :j
