    Can I add something I've observed. If this was to ever come to a court, they don't tend to like it when you've sought to inflict your own punishment (by attempting to harm the companies business) . So, personally I would exercise caution.

    Pursue your complaint through the proper channels.


    Not as much fun though if you have some time on your hands and if arrested that might get the media interested.

    Why do people get so wound up about stuff ? Your complaint is being dealt with through the proper channels, leave it to them. You aren't the first and you certainly won't be the last to have a complaint against a bank. If you're not happy with the FOS response, then decide what further action you need to take.
    You aren't doing yourself any favours by doing this, it will just be looked at as childish by most people. Fair enough YOU have a complaint but millions of other bank customers DON'T. You're just stamping your feet, when my daughter does that, i ignore her, it usually works.
