                    recieve a booklet through door,coat i want at half price on ordering another item,superb i think.
check on website available,but wont accept order.
call the number only to be told its out of stock.fine ,call 24hours later to order a different one after explaining the one i really liked not available guy tells me it is,so gets him to confirm colour ,price ect,and ordered it .
recieve email comfirming everything he said .
decide to order another for a relative as i am so pleased,only to be told its an alternative i have been sent(not told this over phone).
so annoyed i ask to speak to a manager,not possible ,but will recieve a call back ,well its been 3 days now and still waiting.
spoke to someone else today who insisted on knowing the details and then pushing to cancel my account if i require,which i will be doing but only after i have spoken with a manager regarding the terrible way i was treated.
never missed a payment and recently paid off my balance.
i only wanted to spend money
will be sending coat back when it arrives whichever one they decided i may like ,and heading into town where i can choose myself and hopefully be treated as a customer should be.
jdwilliams should be ashamed of their customer care.
