Not to sure what you want to know, all LRS is the line rental paid up front in advance for a year, so I paid £120 ( so £10/month) which at he time was a £2.90/month saving on the standard line rental, I did get a £1.25 discount for paperless billing which was removed so the saving was more like £1.65/month, I guess that when you get near to the end of the 12 months they will contact you and offer another LRS or revert to standard rental, if you can still get LRS for £120 then its better value still as I think ordinary line rental has gone up from £12.90

When I started this last December the billing was close to incomprehensible i.e. the charges I'd paid in advance minus what they nowowed me. They made an error and it must have taken about 5 calls/emails to resolve it and even then they said they couldn't refund the money until the next bill. Whilst it was only about £7 I did not see why they should take it but make me wait two months to get it back. Eventually and not without effort on my part they gave in. Couple all that with the sneaky removal of the paperless bill discount which is on page 574 of the terms and conditions and they are not making any friends on this one.
