I reported my mums land line out at 1.30pm yesterday and told them she has a panic alarm fitted to the phone that she needs, its a long story but i am getting no where her phone is stil not working i have tried e mails and numbers on this site but all have now been made defunked by bt anyone know how i can make a complaint to a human on a phone preferably in the UK today
