As much as we like to moan, I feel that where praise is due it should be celebrated.
Feelunique.com accidentally sent me the wrong order (A high magnification mirror instead of the pair of tweezerman tweezers i had originally ordered) and the lady on customer services was amazing when I pointed out the problem. She promptly despatched the correct order and let me keep the mirror sent in error.
