Hello All,
First time poster here.
Approximately three years ago I finished paying off a loan with PPI that I had with Northern Rock. I have absolutley no paperwork in relation to this loan, I can't even remember how much it was for and what term it was over! How do I get hold of all the relvant information in order for me to make a PPI claim.
Thanks in advance,
Mike

You can ask them if they still have any details, or you can submit a data subject access request (for which they will probably charge £10) and have a look.0
