Can make a new complaint??

I was mis-sold PPI in 2001 and made a complaint to Lloyds TSB regarding this. The dispute went on for quite some time and in June 2010 they said that they were "unable to accept my complaint." This was basically their final response. What I want to know is can I re-submit my complaint? As I have also looked on the Lloys TSB website and they are saying that if you have complained before and they rejected your complaint, they are not accepting any re-submissions (even though the ruling in May of this year suggested otherwise).

Can someone please help me on this!!!

    What I want to know is can I re-submit my complaint?

    Following that rejection, you had 6 months to refer the case to the FOS. Once the 6 months is up you are timebarred on that complaint and the bank can refuse to allow the FOS to review that comlaint and they are not required to re-open the complaint again unless there is significant new information available.

    There was no ruling in May this year that changed the position.
