I've been with Orange for a number of years and have always had some kind of loyalty discount on my monthly plan.
However, it appears this has now changed, in that they only award you a LOYALTY discount for the term of your contract.
So it's not for being loyal that they give you this discount, it's a perk of the contract you signed up to.
Needless to say I told Orange to cancel my contract as if i'm getting a new contract I can haggle a much better deal than £10 a month discount.
Companies really do shaft consumers at every single angle.
