Thanks. I'll have to wait until I know I can afford to pay off the arrears first. Tbh I'm not impressed with our current suppliers as we switched to them cause they offered a cheaper deal and it's obviously not been enough to cover our usage

No it wasn't a doorstep sale. We switched suppliers and then the origional supplier came back to us a few months later so we switched back as it was a lot cheaper. The gas bill is ok we're in credit with that, it's the electric that's the bad one.0
