I can't log on as ME to this forum!

I had my computer reformatted yesterday so lost all my saved passwords. I thought I knew them so no problem.

THEN I discovered I couldn't log on to use the forums (my normal username is JennyP!)

I tried resetting my password but the resets don't work. I am entering them accurately. Have tried several times. CAPSLOCK isn't on or anything obvious like that.
HELP!

I have fathomed it. I was locked out because Mozilla keeps making my entire username lower case. Am using this on internet explorer.

Weird.

One fix might be to go into Tools (alt T) > Options > Security, then hit Saved Passwords. Look for any MSE passwords and delete them, then reload MSE and try typing the login details again.

Tried that. No success!!!! I can see it becoming lower case before my very eyes...
