Have you got long lost family anywhere you can make a point of visiting (maybe they were at your wedding) If you are not just looking Hot i would rather have very memorable so Artic cruise (hopefully northern lights) Alaska & Canada or Hawaii and Islands for memory reasons . Think out of the box a little. New York City in a historic hotel and watch a show top seats on broadway. Mississippi steam boat trip . Thailand or Cambodia whatever floats your boat the world is your oyster
