Hargreaves-Lansdown are one of the cheapest for monthly purchases of funds. For Jupiter UK Special Situations (income), the initial charge is 5.25% discounted to just 0.25%, the annual charge is 1.50% but you get 0.25% of this back as a loyalty bonus.
You can set up a monthly savings plan to purchase the fund inside an ISA (Vantage ISA account) or outside an ISA (Vantage fund account). You can also buy in their SIPP but then you don't get the 0.25% rebate on the annual charge.
