Contrib based ESA / WTC question

Hi All,
Background:
My new partner has two children and claims working tax credit (16 hours per week).
At the moment we live separately.
I'm claiming contribution based ESA.
My flat has just sold for £100 K ( it was mortgage free).
We are planning to live together short term when the sale goes through, and look for a bigger place for all of us long term.
Qu 1: Will she still be able to claim working tax credit working 16 hours per week with me moving in with her?
Qu 2: I will have effectively have £100K in the bank (until we buy a new place together). What are the implications on my claim for ESA?
Any replies much appreciated

No she cant claim WTC when she lives with you though she will still be entitled to CTC.
Your ESA is safe for now but if you are in the work related group you will lose it after 12 months once the welfare reform bill is passed anyway because you will have savings.0
