Did she open your mail?0 -
That's appalling, which bank was this? When complaining make sure you highlight that your ex wife has recieved personal information without your permission or prior knowledge. Also highlight the time you've spent trying to get this sorted, as well as the cost to you (phone bill, time wasted etc). I definitely think the bank should be looking to pay you compensation for the distress and inconvienience. Whether or not your ex has opened your mail, it's unsettling to know that she could've and you would've been none the wiser.Thank you competition posters!

However, OP may also be awarded compensation for distress and inconvenience. Expect £150-£250 for such a DPA breach.0 -
