Recently they had a 50% sale on their website so I thought I'd treat myself to a few nail polishes and an eye-liner pencil. About four days later my order arrived with my nail polishes but a nail art pen instead of the eye-liner. I emailed them straight away and 3 days later they got back to me to say they would send the correct item out. A week later and I received yet another nail art pen instead of the eye-liner pencil so I emailed them yet again and on the 8th of this month they replied to say the eye-liner would be sent to me as soon as possible.

I have received nothing since. Annoyed at this terrible service I went to their Facebook page to air my annoyances and went to check back on it today and funny enough I was no longer a fan of their page and after liking it again I can no longer comment on their posts or their wall, I even wrote a status and tagged them in it but nope that doesn't show up either. My comment has also been deleted. IMO I left a very fair comment on their Facebook, I didn't swear, I didn't call anyone any names but because I let everyone know how they treated me I get banned?

I have emailed again to let them know I have still not received anything but I definitely will not be ordering anything else.
