I've put in 4x £2.49 large bottles and 2x Jacobs creek shiraz £2.39 each.
online shows 2 for £3 but not 25% off?
That's what I wanted to know too as I am online now and it's only showing the 2 for £3 offer but not the 25%.
I've tried 6 larger bottles too and it's not giving me a 25% discount before checkout. The right man is the one who seizes the moment.:o0 -
Well I went back to the same store and they'd taken the 3 for £12 signs off the brand I bought yesterday, but not any of the others! So I got six bottles of a £5.79 wine instead and with DTD back it worked out at around £1 a bottle. Can't complain.
Your better off buying them in 3's, as then the 25% discount doesn't kick in so the overcharge is more.
With the price on these if they did the DTD correct, then total price was 34.74, less 8.68 (25%discount) = 26.06, so overcharged £4.06. DTD would be 8.12 off the 26.06 is about £17.37 so £2.89 a bottle.
Did CS do th sums wrong and give you more back/
If you had bought 3 bottles it would have been £2.21 per bottle.
If you can get wine at 6.99 per bottle with a 3 for £12 sel (I did today) and buy 3 bottles it works out at £1.01 per bottle.0 -
