Sorry, £11.94 is the right amount to take off for 6 bottles. Typo on my part thereYou save £5.97 per lot of 3

2 for £1.50 = - 0.48

In the 3rd store I tried I was told by the manager that they only needed to honour the deal not the dtd. Cs lady was in aggreement with me but told me he had come from a different store. Appear lots of mini t's trying to make the rules up as they go along. He did honour it but wasnt happy. Let me know how you get on.
i phoned cs to complian & they were not interested, do you have any advice0 -
Thanks to op.....got 6 little bottles of california chardonnay which were on offer for £1....£6 became £4.50 and receipt says 5% discount....great buy, handy for travelling! Also sign up for a reduced red but none left! No signs saying there was 25% off either nor any 2 for £3 offer advertised. Will check back in the morning for red.
Same with me. No signs saying 25% off but bought 3 of the £1 bottles of chardonnay and 3 of the Merlot - total £6, discount £1.50.
6 little bottles for £4.50 and it's the lighter choices ones so I wont feel so guilty drinking them while on a diet! :beer:0 -
I was chuffed to see this thread as one of my fave wines (Blaxland Chardonnay) is normally £9.99 so popped in to take advantage of 25% discount.
Much to my delight they are on offer for half price so snapped up 12 bottles.
Pre discount price £119.88
Half price offer £53.88
25% discount £14.97
£5.00 off coupon from Daily Mail
Total Spend £33.91
Price per bottle £2.83! A MASSIVE saving of £7.16 per bottle or £85.97 overall!!!!
Huge thanks to OP.

Does this still work if i buy 4 big bottles and 2 small bottles on my online order.
I've put in 4x £2.49 large bottles and 2x Jacobs creek shiraz £2.39 each.

Well I went back to the same store and they'd taken the 3 for £12 signs off the brand I bought yesterday, but not any of the others! So I got six bottles of a £5.79 wine instead and with DTD back it worked out at around £1 a bottle. Can't complain.0

Sorry, not being lazy but very behind on these threads due to my son being ill the last few days. Would some kind person please tell me which mini bottles are working out cheap? Specifically are there any Gallo or Blossom Hill roses like the last dinky bottle glitch?
TIA (you know I don't normally ask for help like this)
Edit: forgot to ask, for the dinky bottles, should I expect to see something on the receipt to show the glitch is working or it it just the way the discount is calculated?
Hi caz.
Yep its working in Belfa$t on the little bottles, bought 6 types (all marked 2for£3) and that discount came off before the 25% was calculated.

I'm really surprised to hear that, last I had to ring re a dtd they couldn't have been more helpful. I would try cs again tomorrow and explain your self again. Maybe the person today didn't really understand. Give it another try and if still no joy ask to speak to the supervisor at cs.0 -

Yes should do. 25% will probably only show on receipt when it arrives. It only says 5% but actually calculates 25%0
