Hi.
Myself and my family are emigrating to POrtugal soon. I am able to claim Child tax credit as have been on maternity leave since May 2011. I am on a non return to work scheme, but will get SMP until Feburary 2012 so will still be paying NI contributions.
Am I therefore entitled to still recieve Child tax credit and CHB? I want to know where I stand before contacting HMRC.
Thanks in advance
Jennie
