Hi,
I sent an item to someone... they claimed it hadn't arrived, so I refunded them. Now they've emailed today to say it has arrived, with no mention of them repaying for the item. In this situation, what am I supposed to do? I've lost out on the item and can't claim from Royal mail, but they now have the item. Should I just let them have it?! Or ask for them to repay?
Confused!

Depends how much the item is worth. If it's a couple of quid, i wouldn't lose sleep over it.0 -
You could gift them the returns post if it is worth it.0
-
Send them a PayPal invoice for the amount they originally paid.0
-
Ask them if they want to repay and keep it or would they prefer you to send postage via paypal and post it back to you.0

I have contacted her but she is saying I haven't refunded her (I have!!!) so I send her the refund transaction number and haven't heard back... some people take the biscuit.0

If the money wasn't in your paypal account it will take days, I think the one I did was over a week for the buyer to get a refund if the money comes from your bank account, so it could be that she's not had the refund yet.0
