Lloyds create your own card

Does anyone have a link to the bit on Lloyds TSB website where you can design your own credit card for something like £5? Or have they discontinued this service?

During 2006 Lloyds moved credit cards under createcard, andmore, cheltenham and glos etc to its LloydsTSB brand.0
