Hello All

Is it possible/a good idea to perhaps move the Groceries & food shopping board to its own little sub secion on the grabbit one?

I know im not alone in getting fed up with the way the Grabbit board is going, not just all the tesco topics but, the tin of peaches here & sack of spuds there etc.

I've never known it to be so messy before.

Im sure some people will agree & others won't.

I agree far too many tesco threads in there we do have a shopping forum but few ever get posted in there

I dont think to be honest anything will change even if there even if its moved we already get lost of shopping deals in grabbit and even non deals and some people will always do this

Agreed. I have just counted 14 supermarket threads on the first page alone! Please do something, its getting ridiculous.

I think the problem is, where do you draw the line? Take for example the Hartleys/Ambrosia glitch. Their products are food related but the deal was a grabbit so which forum should it have gone in:

Quick! Grabbit while you can - which in most cases was very true and the glitch seemed to only last beyond the first couple of days in NI

Food Shopping & Groceries - yes the products in question were food but the deal was time sensitive

Maybe the two forums should be merged? I'm having trouble keeping up with so many different forums that adding another one will complicate things further. I agree that there's a lot of foodie Tesco threads and that 'some' of them should maybe be in another forum but adding in any more forums would cause more headaches for those of us already easily confused

I think if it's something that's an obvious mistake, that you'd have to be lucky or very quick to get, then that would be a grabbit.

However, posting about pork joints or lamb (currently in grabbit) that's a general offer probably on for a week or so and everyone could easily go to Tesco and get it would seem better in grocery surely?

Something needs to be done about a sub-board. A lot of the threads are not grabbits at all, and some are very store specific.
It is taking away from genuine grabbits, of which there were plenty a year or two ago, now you can hardly find anything other than Tesco, or supermarket threads.
If only claire21 was finding them like she used to!

I have a good 2/3rd of posts are Tesco in grabbit forum on top of that we have daily, why so many Tescos posts on here? in grabbit forum. The board needs sorting out

Yes have to agree all these pointless grabbits about Tesco.. , last time I was on this board many of these so called deals were just not considerd a Grabbit . Having been away for a while it seems the board has been over taken. Can some one please give them there own sub fourm.. or sticky just all getting to much and reuining the board for those with no intrest in Tesco or it offers..
