Removal of flueless gas fire?

Identical to the above?
The gas connection to this was disconnected by British Gas as it was deemed 'unsafe'
How much would it cost to have it properly removed? There is one pipe that goes into it, otherwise I might have attempted it myself.

if the gas supply has been isolated then you can remove the fire yourself.Get some gorm.0

We ripped out our gas fire ourselves but got a Gas Registered plumber to cap off the gas supply. Think it was about £50.0

Removed it! 10 mins it took. Feeling rather proud of myself
