the whatcar/parkers etc etc valuation tool is on the optimistic side of things in regards to a trade in value at a dealership, p/x prices are calculated via CAP and Glasses Guide - both of which are constantly updated and are based on the prices the vehicle is going for at auction. You will find it extremly difficult to achieve a what car/parkers/we buy any car figure from ANY dealer


PS< Ford options is a PCP scheme, mileage will have been set low by the dealer to protect the offset amount (ie its future value) this in turn makes your monthly payments cheaper.

In my last job I had an £18000 list price car, Toyota, when I left the lease company sold it to me for £6500, diesel,30K fully serviced with new front breaks and 2 new tyres, just 2 years old. It would have been rude not to.

Not quite sure what you mean by "family discount" unless it is a to Ford employee, but even at 14K don't forget a big chunk is tax.
