Conservatory Cost

Can any forum members advise on the cost of a company installed 4mtr x 4mtr Victorian Conservatory with 3 facets. Double French Doors, 25mm polycarbonate roof, dwarf wall 600mm and a 1700mm wall to the right elevation.

I know this is a difficult question but any idea of the bottom line cost would be most appeciative. This srea of purchase seems to be a minefield.

Thank you.

Afraid this is rather like asking "how much to buy a car".

All you can do is ask around suppliers, ask people who have conservatories how much they paid AND what they think of what they got.

Cheapest will not be best ! Neither will the most expensive, but I would tend to look at the higher end of the quotes you get.
  • Ask friends and neighbours for their reccomendations and get loads of quotes the prices will vary tremendously
  • The only advice i could give is go for a glass roof rather than polycarbonate if you can afford it, other than that make sure its a 70mm profile, internally glazed and a shootbolt type locking mech for the opening sashes.
