Tesco website down

I have been trying to get onto tesco.com for the past hour :mad: but it says that the site is down for improvements! What a ridiculous time of day to work on your website. I have an order due tomorrow and I haven't finished it yet. Fingers crossed they get it sorted out soon.

  • Same here I was halfway through ordering when it went off I suspect the improvements message actually means it is broken rather than a scheduled update but I hope it is back soon too.
  • I started my order at 10.30am this morning and in between sorting out the months meals and tending to my poorly and very whingy 4 year old it was around 12 by the time i was finished.

    Just about to confirm payment and website went down :mad:

    Phoned them up and the man i spoke to said my order would still be there when the site was back.

    I asked him if i would still have the delivery slot as they are only reserved for a set amount of time and he said yes because it shouldnt take 2 hours to fix the site.

    It is now almost 3pm :mad:

  • Chalk up another one interfered with mid order some hours ago; there is no way the site would be down for this long at this time of day for a 'good' reason. I'm glad I always opt to not save my card details for next time.
  • Glitter03 you should be able to ring up and book a slot. I had to change mine to a different time, so they gave me a new slot, mind you, haven't had confirmation like they said.
  • Mid order here and been trying all afternoon.

  • Good grief. Tesco.com has a technical hitch and all hell breaks loose. Get a grip, it's not the end of the world! :(
  • It seems to have changed again!

    I can only access Tesco.com/groceries once I have signed in (therefore only seeing what my tiny local store sells). If I sign out I get the homepage. Anyone else having this problem?
