Gutted - copy of agreement shows I did agree!

Hi,
Just wondered if any of you have received back copies of a credit agreement to find things like:

I did sign in a box saying I wanted the optional PPI

The Ts and Cs say:
I can cancel the optional PPI at any time
and that by signing the agreement I confirm I have recieved the policy booklet and cover is accepted based on the terms and conditions set out in it.

Guess that's the end of my PPI reclaim!

:(

Did you ask if it's cover you by the salespeople, and were you misinformed?

I honestly can't remember. I'm pretty sure I just applied online and got the agreement through in the post to sign. I doubt I would have chosen the PPI, I wasn't likely to need it but I don't think I can prove that based on my hunch
