Flights + Hotel any Scotland to New York in May

Hi,

I wondered if anyone is aware of any good deals out there. I am looking to fly from any Scottish airport to New York on Wed 16th May and return on Mon 21st May. Can go earlier and return later but must include these dates. Best flight I can find is around £420 inc taxes etc.

Also looking for hotel, pref in Manhattan area. Would like to stay at the Murray Hill East Hotel but it's around $210 per night, unless can find cheaper or discount code !! Any good websites for USA hotels ? Need two adult seats on flight and will share hotel room. Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi have you tried https://www.orbitz.com or https://www.crshotels.com the Americana Hotel on this site is the cheapest. my mother has stayed in it a couple of times it is basic but clean and very central.

read the hotel reviews on tripadvisor.com (NYC forums obviously!) before booking your hotel too.

Don't stay outside Manhattan,, given that your are only in NYC for 5 days it is unlikely you will leave the island of Manhattan apart from going into Brooklyn briefly on a tour bus or something. if you stayed outside manhattan you'd get fed up travelling and it takes about 2 or 3 days to figure out the subway maps anyway!!!!

but, i stress it again, please consider the reviews on tripadvisor.com before booking your hotel.
