Delayed Baggage

Hi to all
Just wondering if someone could help me!
I have made a trip to Thailand, using Thay Airways, and on the back, one of my bags did not arrived the airport!
I leaved Koh Samui in Thailand last 5 September, with final destination London (from where I will move to oPorto - Portugal, my final destination)! When I arrived London Heatrow airport, I realized that one of my bags did not arrive! I went to the desk of lost and found and they told me, in that same time, that my bag was in Singapure. After filling in all the papers, they told me my bag will arrive oPorto airport two days after (8 september). In 9th of September, because nothing arrived, not even a phone call, I called London office of Thay, and they told me they will try to find the problem. From that date till 15th September, I have made several emails, phone calls to London in order to check where the bag was!
Finaly, I received a call from oPorto airtport, telling me the bag was there and I should go to the airport to pick it up! I did it (one hour trip per each side) and when I arrived the airport, I noticed that my bag was broken (one of the mechanisms to close the bad was broken)!
I contacted again the company, send them photos of the BAG and their reply was that they will pay me 110€ for compensation for all (the bag broken, the delay, etc).
My question is this: My bag costed me 4years ago 169€. Is this value, 110€, the best I can get? And what about compensations for the delay, the phone calls made, the trips to the airport and all that?

4 year old bag and they have offered you 65% of the new price, not sure if they have to pay more. In heathow they did not tell me nothing about it! The only thing they said was that the BAG should arrive 2 days later!
And about some sort of compensation for the delay? Should i claim for something or not? Before I got the bag, one person in the company told me the folllowing
"Please kindly let me know when you receive the baggage to enable us to offer you the delayed baggage compensation.
We reiterate our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused,"
