Notification emails

Sorry for such a basic question but how do I get notified when someone responds to a post I have made? In other forums I belong to there is a box you tick if you want to be notified but I can't find it on here (it is a very busy website layout) but that could just be me

Well I think I may have sorted it but time will tell. After reading a similar query I clicked on the tools box for this thread and selected 'subscribe' and then it gave me the choice of no notification, instant email etc. So I have selected instant email and will see if this post generates a notification. :T
If not.....it's back to the drawing board 0
