I haventt ever posted to ROI before. Can anyone please advise the cheapest way of sending a 5kg and 10kg parcel please? It would have to be by courier.

Try Pharos who I use for most European parcels. It will cost around 20 pounds with UPS (the price on the site needs VAT added to it).
