Calendar on Mac, google apps calendar, what are my options?

I've just set up google apps for my new work, as we only had 2 email accounts for all 6 staff! I left the bosses til last as she already had a dedicated email address, and all is working beautifully, especially the calendar sharing, which was one of the main things we needed. I set it up by using the google calendar sync program on each of the PCs.

However, I now realise that the fact the boss has her calendar in Outlook on the Mac is going to be a huge problem, as there appears to be no way to sync this to google...

What are my options? I know I can suggest she chucks the Mac out, or uses google calendar purely online, but are there ANY other things I can suggest / do to allow me to get around this?

Any also, how do I end up being the 'de facto' tech support wherever I work?

From reading around the subject (I recently migrated the company I work for to Google Apps as well), it seems there is no way to enable calendar sharing on Mac with Outlook.

The responses online seem to indicate Microsoft left out a key component needed to manage the calendar external to Outlook due to problems they had with it. They say they will be adding this back in once they have sorted problems they were having with it, but give no date for its release.

Thankfully, no-one in my company uses a Mac at least. Although a few people are still on Outlook 2002, which Sync doesn't support, so they have to use the browser for their calendars.
