I'm having problem with Ebay scammer

A person on eBay brought an item of me. I sent it by Parcel Force and it was meant to be delivered to his address. Parcel Force couldn't deliver it to the buyer because he was out, so it was delivered to his neighbour and a signature was taken as proof of delivery. I sent a message asking him if he received the parcel. He replied back with a negative response. He claimed his neighbour didn't get the item and he demanded I give him his money back. He immediately opened a “Item not received” dispute. I told him it was delivered to his neighbour, and I manage to get Parcel Force to confirm it. He refused to ask his neighbours why they signed for the delivery or even talk to his neighbour.
I quickly looked at the buyers address and found out he lives in London, which is 1 hour away from me, by Tube. So I decided to take the tube to his address and manage to find his house. I spoke to his neighbours first. I asked them if they have the item I sent. They said they received the item and gave it to next door – the buyer’s house.
I went to buyer’s house and an old man opened the door. I asked him why he is claiming he didn't get the item. He said it was his son who brought it, and he had the item I sent for 2 weeks. He even showed me the card left by Parcel Force that said it has been delivered to his neighbour.
I told him his son opened a unpaid dispute, and that he claimed he didn’t get the item. He said it just a mistake and immediately shut the door.
I went home and told the buyer about my visit to his address and I didn’t get any reply. It has been 3 days and still no reply.
Sadly because of eBay buyer protection policy they issued a refund because he claimed he didn’t receive the item.
I have been tricked. He did get my item and he is lying about not receiving it so he can get money.
What should I do at this point?

On ebay's seller protection FAQ it says the following:
Can I appeal an eBay Buyer Protection decision?
If a case is closed in the buyer's favour, a seller will have 45 days from the day the case is closed to appeal the decision by providing the appropriate documentation through the eBay Resolution Centre. If the decision is reversed, the seller will be refunded the reimbursement amount back to the reimbursement payment method on file with eBay. Other fees will not be reimbursed. The seller cannot appeal to eBay if they have lost a chargeback or lost a case under PayPal Buyer Protection. In these cases, they must contact the relevant credit card company or PayPal, as appropriate.0 -
Post his name and address and we will all write to him...Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0
