It is a fact that those who are TU members enjoy better pay, T&Cs and are less exploited than those who are not..:beer:update

How far in advance do employees have to book annual leave, as I know some supermarkets asked employees to book holiday leave 2 years in advance and it is always the same people that get in first, which are staff with young children and they get first preference with managers. People that may have to book holiday leave for caring purposes they do not get a look in - and if they have taken out a grievance for any reason this is another reason why they do not get preference as managers will allocate their leave for them!!0
