Can I Claim?

I have papers for purchase of car in 2002 over 36 months (with papers and ref. number). Also had insurance to cover loan - Can I claim rebate

    I assume you mean a refund?

    If you believe the policy was mis sold, then yes you can give it a go.

    No you cannot. Just because you have not claimed on an insurance policy, does not mean you can get a rebate on the premiums.

    The reclaiming you see being discussed are people who have been mis-sold or believe they have been mis-sold.

    my husband had 9 credit cards when we got married it took us 5 yrs to pay them off plus a car loan with black horse we finished paying them in 2007 through consumer credit i ve got all the account numbers but no or little paper work think he threw it out how do i go about seeing if he is owed anything
