Lloyds and PPI

Hi all,

I'm in a muddle can anone help please. In 2006 i brought a new motorbike with the help of finance arranged through a dealer with Black Horse. The dealer has gone bankrupt and i'm trying to claim back the ppi.

I have sent template letters off to Lloyds and they have refused to pay it saying that i should write to the company concered, which is bankrupt, and gave me an address for the recievers, i have duly sent a recorded delivery letter and have not had a reply.

My question is should i continue to pursue to request it from Lloyds or should i give it up as a bad job and forget it. The 6 years is up in April 2012 so i'd like to put it to bed before then.

Many thanks for any answers in advance
