If your partner moves in they will close down your single claim and start up a new joint one.
  • He already has in april when l rang them, just gave them my earnings to finalise last years claim up to april l specifically asked that it wouldnt start a new claim and she said no ....as they never took his earnings and money went in on 16th sept but haven't got any paperwork off them yet. l only rang last monday!!
