Bank error in my favour

Got two identical payments into my business account.
Phoned my customer (an employment agency) to tell them and they swear blind they only paid me once. Phoned the bank and they said no two separate payments were received.
Thing is its an euro account and payment so its a little bit more complicated.
I've informed all interested parties. What more can I do?
Assuming no-one claims, at what point, can I assume its mine?

Its gone again now. Bit off because on Friday it was there - today theres not even a reversed transaction - its as if it never existed. Considering I spoke to bank on friday, they could have actually phoned me to tell me today. Not cool.0

Yes, its £200 for passing go. But there's a Community Chest card which says "Bank error in your favour, collect £100/£200"Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience.- Mark TwainArguing with idiots is like playing chess with a pigeon: no matter how good you are at chess, its just going to knock over the pieces and strut around like its victorious.0 -
