spraying bath panel

we have just redecorated our bathroom but have not updated the suite as it's only a few years old and was changed just before we moved in.
However, although the entire suite is white, the panel on the bath (which is a sort of wraparound style as its a large bath) has yellowed, I was wondering if I could use something like plastikote spray to spray it white again so it matches the rest of the bath? I can't replace the panel as it's not a standard bath and I have no idea where the previous owners got it from.
Has anyone any ideas of the what I can use?

(Empathetic rather than helpful - sorry) not sure you can paint this sort of thing (due to humidity/flexing) but if you can, great!
I have the same problem (and an ugly yellowing grab handle in the bath too). Why they cannot supply plastic that doesn't yellow (like the bath itself) is beyond me. It seems that sunlight is responsible...
I have tried googling this problem before but never tried the tips I found (eg. peroxide?)
Really hoping that someone on here has a solution.

Is it possible to remove the ugly thing and tack tongue and groove in? I did that in my bathroom and it looks great painted with eggshell.
Or if you want to keep the panel paint it with the paint you get for plastic outdoor furniture, it's amazingly resilient and waterproof too.
Heck, any paint will take if you undercoat the panel first0 -
Wouldn't be able to tongue and groove it as it's a curved bath and panel (the bath has only two straight edges which is where it is attached to the walls, we have a large bathroom as it used to be a bedroom that was converted.)
I don't particularly want to paint it as you would see all the brush strokes?Aug GC £63.23/£200, Total Savings £00
