CITIBANK Credit Card PPI - Help!!!!

I have written to CITI Bank on numerous occasions regarding my old CITI Bank Credit Card - the latest being the 1 June and 5th August where I gave them an extra 2 weeks to reply before I take further action. I have still not heard a thing from them - what would you people suggest my next course of action should be - goto the FOS???

You say your "old" card. Does the account still exist. If so, when did you take it out and when did you close it?
And what did you ask them?0
