Mint Credit Card Help!!

I have written to RBS on numerous occasions regarding my old Mint Credit Card - the latest being the 1 June and 5th August where I gave them an extra 2 weeks to reply before I take further action. I have still not heard a thing from them - what would you people suggest my next course of action should be - goto the FOS???

Thanks

  • The FOS upheld my MINT card complaint 3 months ago but they still haven't managed to get MINT to actually send figures yet let alone a cheque despite constant chasing. I'd be tempted to ring MINT to at least get a verbal nod that they've received your letters (or not) and their anticipated response time. Then decide what you want to do.
