    Yes, just a week ago. Good to know I am not the only one they are playing silly beggers with.

    Rang them up immediately to tell them I did not sign up, was not interested, and have already shredded their letter.

    Cheeky !!!!!! tried selling me house insurance whilst I was on the phone.:rotfl:

    The way the letter was worded seemed to imply it had been requested. Not good for security either, if it goes astray and the person was not expecting it.

    No mention on their website either or any email to inform people of this change.

    ...and trying to flog you something on the phone in this scenario is inappropriate.
