Garmin i3 System Software Missing

Help

I thought i was a bit of a techie and tried to download some stuff to then upload onto my GPS.

Turned it back on and have got a message saying

"System Software MISSING"

    have you tried to do a full reset ,the way you do it is hold down both the left/back button and the scroll wheel, and then turn the unit on,failing that i do not know you could try http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/index.php
    there or their,one day i might us the right one ,until then tuff

    If you have a storage card..take it out wipe the contacts and push it back in again with the unit turned off.

    WOW - Got my Garmin i3 Back at midday today, Now that was quick.

    So i try and put the speed camers on or Not?

    How easy is it to put Speed Camera details on to the I3.

    I have read the http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/index.php but I still think i am going to wipe the data off AGAIN

    always worked for me.

    my only problem was when you update the poi's the existing lot on the i3 are wiped before the upload and i hadn't kept copies. so i had to go hunt down the ones i needed again.
    NURSE: "Shouldn't it be sterilized, doctor?"
