What next?

Hi, Could i please have some help with the next step..

I am claiming charge's from Lloyds TSB and they have just sent back saying that they believe the charge's to be fair. So am i right in now sending the letter saying that i am going to take them to court with another copy of my charge's? Is this all i need to send at this stage?

I am also claiming £420.00 from Capital One, they have sent me an offer of £150.00. I dont wish to accept this, so do i now send them an LBA? Again is this all i need to send at this stage?

And last but not least.. I'm claiming from Virgin who haven't replied to the information request letter, it has been more that 40 day's, and thay have cashed the cheque.
