hello
any help most appreciated. i have a canon pixma printer-scanner which has begun to spurt black ink out everytime i switch the machine on (even if all i want to do is scan soemthing). all the ink cartridges are canon and are reasonably full. i have followed the user manual w/reg to general maintenance cleaning, but still this rogue ink squirt happens. i've looked online, but can't find an answer to it - any ideas from a bright techie brain? best wishes
