Lloyds re calculation times and 8% offer seems incorect

Hi there
does anyone know how long i should have to wait for lloyds to re calculate my ppi offer? for a refung of 800 pounds they've calculated the 8% interest at 20 pounds, ive had the card 5 years.... could anyone confirm if this could be right?

I understand credit card ppi differs to that of PPI, but hopefully someone will clarify on this.
I would ask them to send you a detailed written breakdown, and when you receive them post them on the thread called "How the FOS calculates PPI refunds", someone will then check them out for you.
