Brain Overload!

I am brand soaning new to the forum group, and decided to join in order to get some support with my process. I have been reading non stop about reclaimng PPI to the extent I now have Brain overload!! I admit I am confused and not entirely sure how to begin my reclaiming journey!

Info I have:

I have closed accounts with Lloyds- CC x2 Loan and 2 Bank ac's.

I have the account numbers but not all paper work

My credit card has wacking PP charges and I didnt even realise about the insurance- (unitl a strange man kept telling me to look on my answer phone messages)

Does any body have a suggestion where to begin! I really would be grateful. I have tried calling the dedicated line but I'm afraid its probably cost me another few hundred pounds in waiting to be spoken to call time.

THANK YOU IN ADAVNCE. All help is appreciated
