booking flights and hotel together

I've been looking at the Thomson website at late deals and the holiday I want to Zante is coming out at £540.

I decided to look at prices for booking via flight and hotel rather than a package. (brings price down to £368)
At the top of the flight page it asks you to select Checked-In luggage @ £28 each.
Howwever when I selected the hotel further down the page the option for Checked-In luggage disappeared.

Does any one know if that means if I book the Flights and Hotel on the same booking the checked-in luggage is then included?
It's not showing on the booking details and I can't find anything on their FAQs.

I usually book my hotel and flights seperately with Thomson and have always had to pay for bags.
